چکیده
سازمانهای دفاعیِ مبتنی بر فناوری برتر به دلیل ویژگیهای خاص مانند: وابستگی به نوآوری، اهداف راهبردی، اتکا به دانش کاربردی و ماهیت پویا، نیازمند توجه بیشتر به قابلیتهای متناسب با شرایط خود، از جمله قابلیت نوآوری میباشند. به همین دلیل در این پژوهش به بررسی اثر قابلیت نوآوری فناورانه (مشتمل بر قابلیت نوآوری محصول و فرایند) بر عملکرد محصول دفاعی پرداخته شده است. روش تحقیق از منظر هدف، اکتشافی و توصیفی و از منظر دستاورد، کاربردی است. در راستای بومیسازی متغیرهای ادبیات موضوع با سازمانهای دفاعی مبتنی بر فناوری برتر در ایران، از روش گروه کانونی استفاده و دادههای موردنیاز، در قالب پرسشنامه از 58 سازمان دفاعی حوزه الکترونیک جمعآوری شد. تحلیل نتایج معادلات ساختاری کمترین مربعات جزیی با استفاده از ابزار پی.ال.اس، نشان میدهد قابلیت نوآوری محصول و فرایند، موجب بالا رفتن کیفیت مدیریت فناوری میگردد. علاوه بر تایید معناداری مسیرهای مدل، نقش میانجیگری مدیریت فناوری در مسیر قابلیت نوآوری فرایند و عملکرد محصول دفاعی مورد پذیرش قرار گرفت. با توجه به یافته ها، پیشنهاد میگردد مدیران در راستای ارتقای قابلیت نوآوری فرایند و محصول در سازمان عمل نموده تا ضمن افزایش کیفیت مدیریت فناوری، عملکرد محصول دفاعی را از منظر راهبردی و پاسخگویی به نیاز مشتریان بهبود دهند.
