شناسایی ابعاد اصلی شایستگی شغلی کارکنان مبتنی بر مقیاس بندی چندبُعدی(مطالعه موردی یکی از بخشهای سازمان بسیج مستضعفین)

چکیده

امروزه میان صاحبنظران این توافق وجود دارد که منابع انسانی مهمترین مزیت رقابتی و سرمایة هر سازمانی است از آنجا که سازه شایستگی مبتنی بر مدلهای نظری مختلف، از متغیرهای متعددی تشکیل شده است، بهره گیری از روشهای بهینه شناسایی ابعاد سازه، در شناسایی ابعاد حقیقی شایستگی کمک شایانی می نماید. پژوهش حاضر تلاش کرده در یکی از سازمانهای وابسته به بنیاد تعاون بسیج مبتنی بر روش مقیاس بندی چندبُعدی (MDS) ، ابعاد اصلی تشکیل دهنده شایستگی شغلی کارکنان را شناسایی کرده و نشان دهد که هر یک از این ابعاد از چه متغیرهایی تشکیل شده اند. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی کارکنان سازمان مذکور می باشد که مجموعاً بالغ بر 6000 کارمند هستند. با درنظر گرفتن توصیه ها در خصوص کفایت داده ها در تحلیلهای مبتنی بر کاهش ابعاد و با توجه به در اختیار داشتن لیستی از اسامی کارکنان، به روش نمونه‏گیری تصادفی ساده، نمونه‏ای با حجم 1500 نفر از کارمندان انتخاب و اطلاعات مربوط به 20 متغیر موثر بر شایستگی شغلی کارکنان بر اساس مستندات مندرج در پرونده شغلی ایشان احصاء گردید. پس از تحلیل داده ها، براساس اطلاعات نمودار سنگریزه و مقادیر استرس خام نرمال و استاندارد شده 008/0 و 009/0، برازش مدل دو بُعدی تایید شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل روش مقیاس بندی چندبُعدی نشان داد که متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر شایستگی را می توان در یک ماتریس دوبُعدی شامل بعد فردی-سازمانی و بعد فنی-ارتباطی افراز نمود.
