نظامهای نوآوری با هدف جهتدهی و انتظام منابع با نهادها طراحی و استقرار مییابند. این مهم اما در صنایع فرهنگی با موانع و مشکلاتی جدی، ازجمله عدم ملاحظه نقش کلیدی سرمایه انسانی، موجب نادیده گرفتن یا آسیب به نوآوریها شده تا حدی که تصویر صنایعی کمبهره از آنها ساخته است. این تحقیق جهت یافتن چارچوبی برای چینش ابعاد کارکردی نظام نوآوری محصولات فرهنگی شکل گرفته و ضمن بررسی اندک ادبیات موجود در این عرصه، اقدام به تولید محتوا بر اساس استراتژی دادهبنیاد کرده است. این ابعاد پس از کدگذاری مصاحبهها بهصورت مرحلهبهمرحله احصاء شدهاند. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را متخصصان، خبرگان و صاحبان دانش و تجربه در حوزه صنایع فرهنگی تشکیل داده و سازوکار پیشنهادشده آن، از نوزده مصاحبه عمیق، بهدستآمده است. در ادامه بهوسیله مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری روابط ابعاد کارکردی و سطوح سلسله مراتبی آنها تبیین شد تا اطلاعات مستخرج از آن موجب تکامل چارچوب کارکردی پیشنهادی این تحقیق شود. درنهایت این تحقیق بیان میدارد که چارچوب کارکردی نظام نوآوری محصولات فرهنگی دارای 35 مؤلفه (مقوله) و 9 بُعد کارکردی (دسته مقوله) شامل قانونگذاری، جهتبخشی راهبردی، توسعه زیرساختهای کلان، مدیریت منابع، ایجاد و توسعه دانش و تجربه، انتشار و اشتراک دانش و تجربه، فرهنگسازی، ارزشآفرینی اقتصادی و بازار سازی است.
