ارائه مدلی برای توانمندسازی کسب‌وکارهای خانگی تحت پوشش بسیج سازندگی استان قم

چکیده

علیرغم اهمیت کسب‌وکار‌های خانگی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین راهکارهای کلیدی برای ایجاد اشتغال در بیشتر کشورها، هنوز این نوع کسب‌وکارها با موانع و چالش‌های زیادی مواجه می‌باشند و توانمندسازی این کسب‌وکارها برای مقابله با چنین چالش‌هایی ضروری است. بااین‌وجود، هنوز خلأ تحقیقاتی عمیقی در حوزه چالش‌ها و عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی کسب‌وکارهای خانگی در مطالعات این حوزه مشهود است. ازاین‌رو، هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه مدلی برای توانمندسازی کسب‌وکارهای خانگی تحت پوشش بسیج سازندگی استان قم می‌باشد. رویکرد تحقیق حاضر کیفی، ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت و روش، اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را فعالان، متخصصان و خبرگان حوزه مشاغل خانگی به‌خصوص افرادی که تألیفات و تحقیقاتی در این زمینه داشته‌اند و یا به‌طور مستقیم درگیر مشاغل خانگی هستند، تشکیل می‌دهد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی، نمونه‌های منتخب شناسایی و داده‌ها در مصاحبه با نفر 14 ام به مرحله اشباع رسید. در این مطالعه از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته برای گردآوری داده‌ها و از تحلیل مضمون برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها استفاده‌شده است که درنتیجه آن 72 مضمون پایه، سه مضمون سازمان‌دهنده با عناوین «توسعه قابلیت‌های فردی»، «ظرفیت‌سازی کسب‌وکار» و «مداخله‌گرهای فرهنگی-رقابتی» و همچنین مضمون فراگیری با عنوان «هم‌افزایی چندگانه پویا» برچسب‌گذاری شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مهم‌ترین ابزارهای توسعه کسب‌وکارهای خانگی شامل ایجاد بازارچه‌های دائمی، ارائه آموزش‌های تخصصی و هدفمند، داشتن طرح کسب‌وکار، تشکیل تشکل‌های تخصصی و ارائه تسهیلات کم‌بهره و آسان است.
